How to correct a wrong UPC Nike shoe?

I am having an issue getting a couple incorrect Amazon listings corrected. I have a bunch of Nike infant shoes (sizes 2c and 3c) that are black/black/black but when I try to use Add Product app it is showing the listing associated with these UPS as white shoes with black swooshes. Support asked me to send in ASIN info with links to the manufacturer site showing the correct info which I did. Right next to the UPC on the boxes it shows they are black/black/black and the Nike site shows they should be all black but support just sent me back an email telling me what the parent ASIN was. I resent all the info but they just closed it again as answered. If I send in these shoes they will all get returned because Amazon is showing the wrong images for these shoes.

What am I supposed to do now?

Before you get into the issues of a mis-match, do you have permission FROM NIKE to sell NIKE brand shoes on Amazon?

That doesn't mean "does Amazon allow you to list it", but rather "do you have a Letter of Authorization from Nike?" (not a distributor or wholesaler, but directly from the brand).

If you do not have that permission, then listing Nike shoes is a quick way to find your account suspended.

If you send in those shoes to Amazon the problems you are concerned about won't matter because as soon as Nike does another sweep you'll lose the shoes, any unpaid funds, and your selling privileges. Nike seems to have done a recent sweep as there were several forum threads semi-recently.

Thanks for detailing this situation here on forums @Seller_i8T5vppfKx5Hd- as the other sellers in the thread have mentioned, the issue may be Amazon needs to confirm Nike has provided authorization for the product to be sold. You can do so buy submitting your Letter of Authorization to Amazon as directed. I'll also share this page on how our teams define valid UPCs, since it seems like there is some discrepancy on this one!

If you've confirmed that the Letter of Authorization has been received by Amazon, and the UPC is valid, I'd recommend creating a case with seller support for more technical guidance!

I hope this helps but please do let me know if you have any further questions on this!

Thanks,

Danny
