Seller Support Going in Circles
Hi,
I'm new to the seller central and have tried setting up my first listing. Unfortunately my product was flagged as an "electrosurgical cutting or coagulation device" for some reason and I can't edit my listing. So I appealed, proved that it wasn't, showed pictures, documentation, everything that was asked of me, and am now being asked to update the Product Detail Page. My listing has a status of "Detail Page Removed" so how am I supposed to update a detail page that doesn't exist?
I was on the phone call with a few agents, they all say that they encounter an error trying to view my log cases, and one walked me through from memory on how to upload an excel spreadsheet to try and update my product, but that did not work.
I'm not sure what else to do at this point. Do I simply Delete the Product and Listing, then try to do something fresh from scratch? The boilerplate message that's always copy pasted (without anyone reading through the case) talks about a violation on record for 180 days and that violations may result in account deactivation. Has anyone had a similar experience?
I'm strongly considering going to walmart or selling through shopify seeing as I've been going in circles with the seller support for almost a month.
Thanks in advance.

You should still be able to update the page by going to Seller Central and "Manage All Inventory" make sure you have it selected to view all ASINs and then click "Edit" on the right. You can always upload a flat file, as well.
A tip, calling seller support and ask for the Catalog department to review your listing. They have tools to give you specifics on what word was causing the trigger. You can even call them before the listing is made live to avoid potential issues a good percentage of the time.
Another tip, when they say 'no more appeals' you can still fight it. Account Health damaged things so badly I had 'no more appeals' but I was able to still fight the issue that was never resolved (no one knew why it was flagged).
On the downside, updating this information doesn't mean it will be fixed and a lot of times the Amazon bots repeat doing this step when it was done 3 months ago. But it is worth a shot.

Hey there @Seller_1RQcIpN18ETfr,
Thank you for reaching out with your difficulties with updating and fixing the issues with this listing. In some instances deleting and relisting the ASIN can remove the contributions and allow you to resubmit new data, but it doesn't always work. If you provide your most recent Seller Support case on this issue I can review and see what options, if any, exist to appeal further. Thank you.
