I am getting this message, can anybody help to explain?

You are receiving this error as you may be adding Offer-Listing(s) or editing a SKU not present in your catalogue or one that’s been deleted. If this was a deleted SKU, wait 24 hours before resubmitting it. If you have tried to add this SKU to the Amazon catalogue before, check your data and correct any errors before resubmitting. If product is being added to a store from another one, it may require few hours for localization before it is valid. Please check your seller account for progress or any issues.

Hey @Seller_fmeKKHWZQfCe8,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the error message you're encountering.

The error message you're receiving typically occurs when you attempt to add or edit a product SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) that is not currently present in your catalog or has been previously deleted. This can happen for a few reasons:

  • Deleted SKU: If you've recently deleted a SKU from your catalog, Amazon's system needs some time (usually 24 hours) to process the deletion. During this period, you won't be able to resubmit or edit that particular SKU. The best approach is to wait at least 24 hours before attempting to add or edit that SKU again.
  • New SKU Addition: If you're trying to add a completely new SKU to your catalog, it's essential to ensure that your product data is accurate and free from errors. Double-check your product information, including the title, description, images, and any other relevant details, before resubmitting the SKU.
  • Cross-Store Listing: If you're attempting to add a product listing from one Amazon store to another (e.g., moving a listing from the US store to the UK store), the process may take a few hours for localization and validation before the SKU becomes valid in the new store.

To help resolve this issue, I recommend following these steps:

  1. Wait 24 hours if you've recently deleted the SKU in question.
  2. Review your product data carefully and correct any errors before resubmitting the SKU.
  3. If you're moving a listing across stores, allow a few hours for the localization process to complete.
  4. Check your Seller Central account for any updates or notifications regarding the progress or potential issues with your listing submissions.

If the issue persists after following these steps, I suggest reaching out to Amazon Seller Support for further assistance. They have access to more detailed information about your account and can provide personalized guidance.
