How Do I Get My Featured Offer Back After Price Increase?

Hello,

I am the brand owner of my own product and the only seller of my ASIN. Over the past two years, we’ve faced a significant rise in material costs, which has led us to make the difficult decision to increase our prices.

However, after increasing my price, I received the following message on my price health dashboard: "Not eligible to be the Featured Offer due to significantly high price: You can set your price in line with the reference price(s) to become eligible to be the Featured Offer."

Here are the ASINs impacted: B08Z7PMFXP, B08Z7FDY7B, B08Z8GVW59, B08Z873P3S, B08Z8GMG46, B08Z7QGVJ4, B08Z8FM8LN, B08Z8J91X8, B08Z7HYXK6, B0939KZ7KF, B09HRC69YH, B08Z7L2WF9, B0939FP11Z, B08Z8GM2P8, B08Z7JSJ3N, B08Z85F16G, B09HRBNWCS, B00CTPPKMW, B00CTPPK2M, B00CTPPJ3M, B08Z8H8MZ1

I won’t be profitable if I sell at the old price. In fact, I need to increase my price even further.

So, how do I get the featured offer back? I’ve raised a case with Seller Support (Case ID: 17260682751), but I’ve only received generic responses.

I increase the price across all the online stores where I sell, and I have provided proof to Amazon Support that my prices are still competitive.

Please help! I want customers to be able to purchase my product using the featured offer.

Thanks for reaching out. I see that you are starting to get the Featured Merchant on several of your ASIN's. While I can't give you a time frame, as long as you are listing competitively and meet the other requirements, you should start to get them back on all of your ASIN's. You can review this help page, which will show you how to tell if your items are competitive. Unfortunately, I can't provide a time frame when this will happen after a price increase.
