Re-activating my seller account

Hi

I am having great difficulty re-activating my seller account which was de-activated due to inactivity which was a result of I.D. verification issues due to sending apparently wrong documentation.

I eventually managed to get HMRC to send me a letter with my UTR number but now after many attempts to get on Amazon I can't get past the credit card update which was requested by Amazon. I have contacted customer support and didn't even get a response from them on a couple of occasions which was a surprise.

I received a response from customer support today stating what I needed to do and so I have, only to find I'm at the credit card stage yet again and can't get past it to submit my I.D.

Customer support said I can get help via the forum as well so here I am begging for help. I am a techno-phobe so just trying to navigate Amazon has been a nightmare.

Fingers crossed someone can point me in the right direction

Kind Regards

You keep saying 'Customer Support' - that service is for customers, not sellers. You need to contact Seller Support via Help at top right of the page.
