Brand registry denied
I have applied twice to obtain a brand registry for my company and every time I submit it, I get a response of this "We are unable to approve your Brand Registry application because the trademark on the application either violates the intellectual property rights of others and/or is highly likely to be confused by customers for an established brand.
"This decision cannot be reversed. If you believe this is an error and you are able to provide sufficient evidence your trademark does not violate the intellectual property rights of others, you can submit a new application for review, we can not provide further details. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, this is the only path available to resolve the problem. Please do not reopen the case since the resolution will be the same. If you have any other issue/question please create a new case."
If I keep applying the same way it will keep being rejected but it does not tell me specifically how to correct this or what pertinent information is needed to fix this problem. Do I just keep reapplying with changing little things here and there? My trademark does not infringe on others rights and I looked up the logo on the USPTO website and no other logo looks like it.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and although I cannot provide additional information on the specific reason you provided here having your Brand Registry enrollment application rejected, but I was able to find that your design mark is not an accepted Mark Drawing Type for enrollment.
Since your application is with a US Trademark, please review the Enrollment guidelines for the US help page and scroll about halfway down the page to the "Trademark type," section. The table on that page lists accepted trademark types for enrollment and after reviewing the USPTO website, I see that your mark drawing type does not fall into the 3 accepted design marks.
