Is Amazon Using AI to auto reply to support tickets - Unable to get a resolution
Im getting the same canned response over and over regarding a 5461 error code when trying to set up a listing in the US.
This is my branded product, i already sell via the UK.
I have supplied all details over and over again but amazon keep giving the same canned response. Am i just stuck in a useless loop of AI?
