Product Launch and Barcodes
Hi All,
Just wanted to say the support in the forums is incredible!
I will be launching my own product which has a a GS1 EAN barcode on each item. I am planning to launch at a low price and was going to enable FBM to control stock sold at a loss.
My question is, later when I am at my normal price, I will revert to FBA - and was thinking of Using the Manufacturer barcode to track inventory, as commingling is not an issue (only I have this product) - I dont have to use the amazon labelling service right? Just wanted to check!
Kind regards,
Kas

yes, commingling won’t require FNSKU labels.
When you convert to FBA, increase the price slowly (eg over a couple of weeks) or the system may block it as being overpriced.

You can have two different fulfilment methods under the same ASIN by using “add another condition”. It is against the listing policy to have two different ASINs for the same product.
