Missing UPS consignment to LBA4 - Claim
Hi,
I have been chasing a UPS consignment that was shipped to LBA4 on the 2/03/2023.
Below is the tracking info on Amazon.
Mar 02, 2023 11:27:00 PM - Tamworth GB - Parcel arrived at a carrier facility
Mar 02, 2023 09:24:00 PM - Sheffield GB - Parcel left the carrier facility
Mar 02, 2023 09:12:00 PM - Sheffield GB - Parcel arrived at a carrier facility
Mar 02, 2023 01:10:50 PM - Sheffield GB - Parcel received by carrier
When I have tried to open a case due to no further updates being available, I am being told by SS that I need to claim direct from UPS not Amazon.
Just seeking clarification from anyone else who have had missing or lost in transit UPS shipments, is this correct?
Consignment was booked and UPS shipping label was paid for and printed off using Send Inventory to Amazon.

Always been contentious this as Amazon are the UPS customer not you.

I am having the same issue at the moment, missing parcel, Amazon are telling me to contact UPS, and UPS are saying contact Amazon.
Did you have any luck sorting yours out.
