Access to Account Blocked
Today we updated deposit methods for several overseas marketplaces we sell in on FBA (though the marketplaces are not active in our account but amazon appears to be able to send from other EU countries).
Low and behold soon afterwards we were unable to login . It was impossible. This has been the case for 8 hours until a few moments ago. Had we done something wrong? could we sell again? was there something amiss? How were we to know?
I hope the mods read this. Thank you for flagging this issue, which has been addressed also in the thread linked by @ The_Little_Shop.
Jus to summarize the situation you were facing: you were not able to use below troubleshooting guide, because you did not have any access to the Seller Central:
