Partnered carrier cost vs. inbound placement fee
Is it typical to receive an inbound placement fee charge more than a month after all my items have been delivered?
I received a notification about an inbound placement fee which was already paid. But then, I got another charge for the same fee. Apparently, the first charge was incorrect and actually a partnered carrier cost. Now, I'm unsure why I'm being charged twice and what these fees entail? Can you please tell me what OTHER FBA shipping fees there would be for items that were already been received?

Hey there,
Happy to answer this! The inbound placement fee isn't actually charged to your account until the units in your shipment have actually arrived. From Seller Support:
"You’ll be charged an FBA inbound placement service fee 45 days after your shipment is received. You can track your charges as follows:
Go to Payments dashboard.
Click the Transaction view tab, then select Service fees in the Transaction type drop-down menu.
Click Update to view your FBA inbound placement service fee per shipment.
Locate your shipment ID under the Order ID field in the transaction view. You will be able to view the total fee charges on a shipment level."
Do you have a screenshot of the initial charge, or can you run the steps listed above to confirm the charge for the Inbound Placement fee only came through once?
