SFP Prime MFN / API / Royal Mail 24 label issue? Only gave me "Evri" option?
Hi
Attempted to print RM24 labels as I have done thousands of times, and MFN / API (whatever it’s called) only gave me a choice of “Evri” and Royal Mail options were all greyed out??
Checked Carrier settings and all looks live and well. Called RM, they didn’t know
Amazon actually told me to use Evri * shudders * (I’d rather not due to likelihood of losses).
I used Click & Drop for these 2 orders, but have a feeling I will get messages saying I didn’t use Amazon label etc
Does anyone know what this is about and how to rectify?

Amz ‘thinks’ that RM Tracked 24 will not get to the Buyer on time.
They really do not like RM a lot, as who else thinks EvRi is better!?!
The issue is likely the cut off time. You can ‘fool’ the Amz system, as you have a RM cut-off time, so if set to say 3pm, and it has gone past that, Amz assumes that you will be sending the next day, and not the same day, so then it would be late. EvRi cut off is 11.59pm, so it allows you to send by EvRi still.
What you need to do is alter the RM cut-off time, so if it was 4.10pm, set as being 4.30pm instead, and with the 30 minute cooling off period, you will still be within time. As then still showing to send out that day as RM not been to collect yet, it will ship with RM Tracked 24.
WARNING: If you change the time, another order could be received in that time, so you may need to ship that the same day as well. So be careful of the times input. Change back to the actual cut-off times you prefer asap.
PS - the ones you sent on the RM system will count against you. So, you may like to let Amz know of the issue, although they need screenshots as proof (if ever any issues)

Yes, I got that today too - For the first time in a while I was creating labels after 4pm (we don’t get collected by RM until 4:40pm).
What is absolutely nuts is that if I was able to print RM 24H, the customer would have it tomorrow. But now, it makes Evri (new name for hermes), last day for despatch Monday 18th April, so customer wouldn’t get it until next Wednesday… Almost a week after when they would get it if Amazon wasn’t being such an idiot greying that option out!
Amazon’s too big and too weirded out for anything to make sense anymore. Can’t even make simple changes to listings anymore without 200 errors in the transcript log!

I have this same issue today with our SFP.
Our cut off time is 4pm today. We dont have the Tracked 24 option for today’s SFP orders. The only option that comes up is Evri.
Any idea please?

Yep - I have had this issue lots of times
Often Tracked24 cannot be used but RM24 can - go figure!!
I have also had the system automatically give me a Evri label. Because I just bought labels in bulk and confirmed without checking each order to see what label it was giving me. As my nearest Evri dropoff is a 10 mile round trip away I cancelled the label and bought Tracked24 from Click & Drop instead and took the hit on my SFP metrics
This and weekend working were the 2 main reasons I stopped using SFP and now I have reduced prices and give customers the option to upgrade to next day instead.
