This shipment has been held for a month. Please make sure that the carrier come and pick up the shipment. The carrier only send an email confirm then never come. This problem affect directly our business on Amazon. Also, this is the second time in this year we faced with this problem.

To confirm, you are not contacting Amazon support or dispatch here, rather posting on the forums among sellers like you.
That said, you can view the latest pickup date for your LTL, FTL, or intermodal shipments in your Shipping Queue under Shipment status or from the Shipment summary page for a particular shipment. This date will reflect any updates that result from pickup disruptions, delays, or rescheduling.
