I am reaching out to request clarification regarding an order, which was delivered to a customer in Mexico.
It appears that a full refund was issued to the customer for this high-value order, but no explanation or reason has been provided, other than "Full Refund Applied". I would appreciate it if you could clarify the following:
1. Was this refund issued due to a return request?
2. Is the customer expected to return the items?
3. Or has the customer been credited while retaining the products?
