Can not change Legal Entity country of origin in order to undergo video verification with up-to-date data.
I registered an account with a British company back in 2021 and 11 marketplaces were automatically opened, including American ones. After a few months, due to lack of time, I had to close the company and the amazon account was inactive.
I am a resident of Sweden and during this time a Swedish company was opened and in March 2024 I decided to transfer my amazon account to a Swedish company. It was as easy as I thought. But in August, i get a notification to the American marketplace demanding to undergo video verification, I missed this notification and the account was suspended, and all other markets for relation was suspended too.
Starting to figure out the problem, I noticed that account was not transferred to new legal entity on the American marketplace and I started to change everything in order to undergo video verification with up-to-date data. I managed to change everything except the Legal Entity in Business Information section. The function of changing the country of the legal entity is inactive and I can't do anything about it.
The support replies that they can't help me in any way because it doesn't relate to identity verification. But what should I do? The Official registered address in my account does not match the legal entity. Is this really the way to go for verification? I see in a Seller Forum that for a long time and a lot of people have a problem with changing the country of the legal entity. Is there a solution?
