Has anyone received this THE PRO: LEKO email?
I am happy to give them a plan on an email as we are basic but the template they sent is too complicated, I don’t even understand what it says. I was wondering if anyone else has any plan how to complete the plan they ask?

Hope you have been well. Recently, according to AGEC law, a new France EPR obligation, called “ prevention and eco-design plan ” has been gradually arisen by several France PROs so far, we believe it’s previewed to happen with other PROs with time based on each PRO’s own schedule.

To produce better, from January 2023, producers will have to develop a prevention and eco-design action plan for your products to increase the proportion of recycled or renewable materials and their recyclability. This plan generally will be reviewed every five years, which means generally your plan should be updated every five years to PRO.

As it might impact your product design, material procurement rearrange, producing cost rearrange, etc., it’s out of our service scale, so unfortunately we cannot support further suggestion on eco-design of your product, but we’d like to help where we can by sharing necessary info with you so you can have a clue regarding how to process & achieve it.

To simplify processing, it is strongly advised to give standard titles to your email and waste prevention and eco-design plan :

- Email : PPE – [Company/group name] – [Unique Identifier Number (UID)]

- PPE in Excel format : PPE – [Company/group name] – [UID]

• Regarding PRO LEKO particularly :

1. If you place below (<) 20,000 CSU per year on France market, a Google Formular is available for you to fill out & submit. Link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSft_WtbfvjppU0PlVORlRy2X1XzKSbV025Ncb4Y5-9-8IFbNg/viewform. If you place more than this threshold, this option is unavailable for you. So please see attached excel file and submit it to PRO directly.
2. No matter what situation, in general, you could choose to fulfil & submit plan forms to PRO.
