Can you change a product on an ASIN?

Is it OK to change a product that already has had lots of sales? In this case I would like to change it from a single product to packs of two but don't want to fall foul of and rules.

no that’s very much against policy. You need a new ASIN for the pack of 2.

Depending on the category you may be able to make it a variation, though I know in some categories pack size isn’t an accepted variation.
