My Listing has been removed

On October 14th, I received an email from the Catalog department stating that my listing was at risk of removal. On October 15th, I contacted the account health team, and they informed me that there was nothing wrong with my account health and advised me to speak with the Catalog department regarding the issue. Later that evening, at 11 PM, I spoke with the Catalog department, and they explained that the problem was due to certain words in my listing. While on the call, I removed those words. I mentioned that I'm not the only seller of this product, but agreed to remove the words if that was the issue. However, while attempting to remove them, some words were successfully deleted, but others weren't. When I called back, they told me it might take up to 48 hours for the changes to take effect, after which the issue should be resolved.

From October 15th until October 29th, I did not receive any further emails, so I assumed everything was fine. However, on October 30th, I received notification that my product had been removed. I am really surprised and frustrated by this situation. Since opening my Amazon account, I have been trying to make some money until now I'm losing, but I am not getting the help I need. I live in Canada, and my product is in the USA, which makes this even more frustrating. Please help me with this issue as I want to sell this product and get at least my money back. Let me know what information you need, and I will provide it.

First, stop creating duplicate posts about the same issue since that is a violation of Forum policies. If you did it by mistake, go to the three dots in the top corner and see if you can delete one of them.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…
