After three times of BIN CHECKED by FC, they decide my items are NO DEFECTIVE and sellable even if the items did not stick QR Code lables.

But AMZ CN Employees guys always FABRICATE A counterfeit complain to attack my ASIN and my account health, Notification that: Did not stick QR Code( Transparent Code lables)

This is the story.

QR codes have nothing to do with a counterfeit complaint. If you want a real advice copy and paste here the whole email from Amazon regarding your account deactivation, if THAT is your issue.

If you sent in BRANDED products without INVOICE (not receipt) and without "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner, your products are considered as counterfeit, with or without QR code.

Normally there is no return of such a violation and the seller is banned for all his life.

Even if did not or forgot to stick the QR Code (Transparent Code lables), after FC passed three times BIN Checked, they decide " No defective", proofs are here:

Case ID:12073813331; Time: 07:42 PM 02/25/2023;

Case ID:11823156841;Time: 03:50 AM 01/24/2023;

Case ID:14482061531, Time: 16:17 2023/12/18

After offered above proofs, But AMZ internal department fabricate a Ntofication, items are "Product Authenticity Complaints" even if there is not anyone submit any complain. After offered the LOA, Invoice, they NEVER Review then Rejected immediately.

Amazon has the policy: If did not stick the QR Code lables, will decide the items are " Products Authenticity"???

So, who have the same case?
