Amazon Mexico blocked an ASIN and would not respond

On May 16th, 2025, we received a message from Amazon Mexico that we may be selling counterfeit products under ASIN: B00YMZCJ58. The Amazon Mexico removed the ASIN from that marketplace and listed this as a violation on our account health page. We never sold a single piece of this ASIN to Mexico or on Mexico Marketplace. Since, 05/16/2025, we submitted several invoices, but never received a single response from Amazon. We contacted Seller Support, Case ID # 17857696731, but the ASIN is still blocked, the violation is still listed and the status of our submitted invoices case keeps saying for weeks now: "Our evaluation is in progress." The seller support keeps replying back for me to wait for a few more days and then call them back again so they could re-escalate again and again. However, no one is responding from Amazon. Can someone help!???
