Have they provided any other messaging that could have included the name of the account? Have you checked to see if there is similar messaging in your other marketplaces?
As for the association, do you work with anyone else for the operation of your account? Have you ever assisted anyone with their own selling account? The association will be due to their having been shared indicators between the accounts.
Our team will need this to be explained for the issue to be resolved. If you find that this was an active association, you will need the other account to resolve their issues for you to resolve yours.
If this is due to a previous association, you will need to provide a thorough timeline of when you were associated and the access they had to your account. If our team cannot verify these details, they will reject the submission.
