Customer cancelled the AZ claim
hello,
I have two orders that the customers called Amazon customer service many times to cancel the AZ claim that they placed by mistake and Amazon told us the customer contacted them to cancel the AZ claim and cancel the customer refund, and after all that, Amazon didn't reimburse us on any of those two oders, it is been weeks, and the customer contacted us many times to tell us that Amazon didn't recharge them again and volunteer to pay us directly, our customers happy with the orders, and until now we did not receive our money from Amazon!!!! Why sellers in Canada comes last? And why sellers in Canada don't haveSAFE claim for such mistakes of unfair conducts? And where is our refund?????
Please could Amazon treat us half like the customers?
And it is Amazon responsibility to be fair for both the customers and the sellers as they are the middle man.
It is frustrating and time wasting very unprofessional and double standards.
