FBM to FBA

I was doing FBM and I have 2 defective orders. My ODR rate is 1.08%

I lost the buybox when I exceeded 1%. If I list products with FBA?

Edit: Sorry I didn't finish my sentence. If I list products with FBA can I get the buybox again?

Metrics: Your Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Late Shipment Rate are metrics that help determine eligibility—the better you perform, the higher your chances are of becoming Featured Offer eligible. You can see how you're doing on the Account Health page.

Seller Central: Featured Offer Info & Eligibility Checker

Seller Central: Becoming the Featured Offer

1- Price your items competitively

2- Offer faster shipping and free shipping (Note: Products with faster estimated delivery times are also more likely to be the featured offers on product detail pages)

3- Provide great customer service

4- Keep stock available.

Seller Central: View Featured Offer (Buy Box) Eligibility in Manage Inventory

a) First, check eligibility

b) Then, in Seller Central, go to your Manage Inventory page and then click Preferences

c) Select Featured Offer (Buy Box) Eligible, and at the bottom of the page, click Save Changes

d) The Featured Offer (Buy Box) Eligible column will display the status for each of your ASINs

How can I drive sales without the Featured Offer?

Use high resolution images with clear detail.

Include key features with benefits listed in your bullet points.

Make sure your product is classified in the right category for easier discovery through browsing.

Research the competition as you develop a compelling price point.

If you convert your listing in to FBA you will get the Buy box but if you wanted to list as FBM and trying that the buy box will show so you have to first work on price and on customer service because of your some bad reviews you lost your buy box
