Variation Family not updating

About 5 days ago, I added a child ASIN to a variation family via file upload. That new child is now appearing on Seller Central as part of the variation family, but is not appearing on the actual product detail page.

I have sent several help desk requests and have not been able to get an answer. Any advice?
