Legal Entity/Account Verification
In need of some help, trying to get in contact with the Verification team to update my legal entity from “individual” to “UK Sole proprietor” and I haven’t heard anything back in days, can anyone explain or does know what is going on or can anyone help me?

Do you have your UTR ? If so you will need to open a case with Seller Support 'Help' and ask them to open up the option to change the legal entity of your account to a Business seller account (sole-trader), and enter your UTR.
At least that is how you used to have to do it.
