Problems with "Confirm" button Amazon-partnered carrier pallet shipments
Is anyone else having problems confirming Amazon-partnered carrier pallet shipments using Send To Amazon?
For the last 2 days I have been unable to hit the “Confirm” button (button is greyed out), when getting to final page of “Send to Amazon” process. No error messages and have successfully sent same 6 pallet shipment to Amazon many times before.
Seller central said they are aware of a problem but that was 2 days ago now and it’s strange they still haven’t fixed the issue…

My advice would be, don’t send pallets. They’re taking a very long time to accept delivery and then count the units. Much faster (though pricier) to send in boxes.

Got the same issue - you can still send via Pallet Online or someone similar in the mean time?

Usually greyed out if there is no capacity available or a service suspension in place for a particular fulfilment centre. Pallet Online are defiantly your next best bet. If you play around with the pallet height and weight (height does the trick usually) you can usually get K&N to come up instead of UPS SCS and they may have availability. They do take longer than UPS to get the goods into Amazon though.

The grey box is now working (to book with amazon partnered pallet providers).
