AMAZON????? Shipping services purchased through Amazon - Adjustments
I just saw amazon has been charging me for the adjustment on orders from months ago for the past 3 days. I have checked the past Transactions for statement period for the last 2 months and none of them had this issue. This is really frustrating they have charged me over $300 in the last 2 days. There is no explaination on the adjustment and the worst part is some orders are old and have been delivered. Something is not right because I know these orders have accurate weight and package size.

Hello @Seller_8m2Vs6OC510lL
Carrier shipping correction charges are charges from the carriers that Amazon passes through to sellers. They are based on differences between the information on the shipping label and the carrier-audited package information. Please note that adjustments can be for either outbound or return shipments.
These adjustments are usually processed in batches, as you are seeing.
You can view these adjustments in seller central by checking your Transaction View > Transaction Type: Shipping Services and looking for Adjustments. Any disputes of carrier adjustments must be submitted to seller support. I recommend including product details, photos, or any other information in support of the dispute. If you share a Case ID, I can review the adjustments/dispute and determine if there is any additional path for appeal.
If you have any additional questions about those adjustments, you can share them in this thread and not your second thread: Anyone seeing shipping adjustment in their transactional

I have been charged over 3000.00 in the last 2 weeks. I have about 10,000 or more "other fees" /shipping adjustment. I have opened like 8 cases that got transferred. No email no answer. When you purchase a label through amazon and put in the correct measurements and weight there should be no other charges. About a year and a half sgo my sales on Amazon was 100,000.00 my other fees were anout 150.00 now my sales are 3400.00 and my other fees are 3800.00. Im loosing money, I cant get any answers. Quite obviously Amazon is getting a kick back. If I cant get my money back Im done. Ill go to Ebay, Walmart ect. Amazon has made it where you absolutely cant stay in business and refuse to stand behind their sellers on shipping they charged them for.

99% OF THESE ADJUSTMENT ARE INCORRECT. CARRIERS SHOW EXACT SAME DIMENSION AND WEIGHTS AS I PUT BUT THE COST OF SHIPPING HAPPENED GOES UP AFTER DELIVERY AND OVERCHARGE OCCURS ON MY BALANCE. IT DOES NOT STOP AND EATS MY MONEY EVERY DAY. FOR EXAMPLE:
ORDERS : 112-9860340-7674612, 114-2597292-3495435, 111-4168721-1870623, 113-5670946-8704246, 113-5339330-1711404. CHECK ALL OF MY ORDER NOT ONLY WHICH I HAVE MENTIONED. ALL ORDERS HAVE SUCH OVERCHARGES.
Hello @Seller_4I7fofNy9wEVN Thanks for sharing those Order IDs. I checked those orders and found that the USPS carrier adjustments were for return shipments. USPS does not provide updated carrier-audited information for return shipments. Seller Central will always show matching customer-entered and carrier-audited dimensions and weights for USPS returns.
Note: Carrier shipping correction charges do not originate from Amazon. They are charges from the carriers that Amazon passes through to sellers.
- AT THIS ORDER 112-8444686-2597044, UPS REPORTED WEIGHT OF 69LBS. HOW COULD ICE BUCKET FOR A REGULAR KENMORE FRIDGE BE 69LB.
- AT THIS ORDER 112-2697199-2547416, FEDEX REPORTED WEIGHT OF 115LBS. THE SHIPMENT WAS FOR 3 PACK OF DISHWASHER RACKS. 115LBS??? CRAZY. EACH RACK FOR ANY DISHWASHER CAN WEIGHT MAX 10 POUNDS. SO IT COULD BE 30 POUNDS BUT NOT 115 FOR SURE NO MATTER WHAT DIMENSION COULD BE. MOREOVER, IT SAYS NOW Shipping Label :$599.55
I reviewed these orders as well. As @Seller_zc50DVO3FE5fz mentioned, carriers may charge the higher of weight-based rates versus dimension-based rates. Dimensional weight is a calculation of the volumetric weight of a package, using the package’s length, width, and height.
The carrier-audited dimensions for your packages were larger than the dimensions you entered to purchase the shipping labels. The adjusted rates are based on the actual size of your shipments, based on the dimensional weights.
It is important for sellers to enter accurate dimensions and weights when purchasing shipping in order to be quoted accurate shipping rates and to avoid adjustments like the ones you received.

This issue is going wild for all Amazon sellers using FedEx and UPS, I see sellers complaining about it and it also happens to me.
for the last 3 months, they charged me over $5k and keep closing my cases because the shipping company say different demissions and weight and their word is stronger than the sellers.
I have all the evidence including delivery proof that the shipping company took the picture, and see that I'm sending a tube and not a box as they claim. for me, send a product for 80$ and being charged $500 for shipping. how can you stay in business?
I keep opening ticket which are being transferred and waiting for me to forget or fall between the other cases and close it without notice and being able to reply to the same cases.
@KJ_Amazon I already contacted you with case IDs that were under investigation and were closed without notice.
the same overcharge and adjustment continue over and over without control.
for me, it looks like easy money the shipping company is making with an open checkbook that Amazon provides them to charge what they want.
