Amazon-The greedy company with the worst seller service.
I have lost over 7 months of sales due to the complete incompetence and complacency of this abysmal thieving company. First few months locked out of my account because Evri damaged some parcels. Was instructed to buy more expensive delivery though Amazon, who never arrived to collect parcels. That was over 3 months of suspended account.
After trading a couple of years they suddenly decided they didnt like my company name missing UK LTD. Has to try change it with Tide (never use them either) which ended up with me being debanked. Had to open a new bank account and ensure UK LTD is on statement. All done and new statement uploaded and emailed, uploaded and emailed, uploaded and emailed, yes this went on for another 3-4 months with them insisting the bank account it stating in 2 places UK LTD. Still not resolved.
Amazon how are you going to compensate me for 8 months of zero sales???

Sorry cannot help with your other issues, and I may have misunderstood you, not sure what delivery service you chose, BUT if you used Amazon 'BuyShipping' to purchase your shipping labels, they do not collect the parcels you still need to take them to the PO or whichever delivery service you chose.
