Amazon rejects seller appeals on A-to-Z without research.

Amazon in no way justifies the seller in their A-to-Z claims. The customer wanted to return the product because it did not suit the room, so I sent 2 free prepaid return labels. However, the customer requests A-to-Z and gets the money back without sending the product. I think customers are now learning about this and starting to abuse it. When I appeal about the situation on Amazon, Amazon says that you need to send a prepaid free return label. :D :D :D I already sent this 2 times.

I estimate Amazon owe me over £4k for non legitimate A-Z claims. Ive even supplied GPS tracking and photos which get ignored. 100% loss on this. They are simply not interested and we have no recourse
