Account deactivated for inauthentic product
Hello. My account has been deactivated for the past 2 months. They said they require invoice from my supplier which I have provided. Then they said they needed supply chain invoice. I have contacted my supplier and they provided the invoice from which they purchased from. I guess Amazon is not accepting this. Will I get my money back that's on Amazon? Its about 20k.
I also stated in my plan of action that I will not do business with this company again because of the hassle that I'm going through with my account being deactivated. I'm a new seller and I made a mistake. Is there any way for them to forgive me and reinstate my account?

If you do not proof the Authenticity of you products to Amazon's satisfaction, then your selling privileges will not be reinstated and the funds will not released.

I appreciate you providing the details surrounding your situation. Regarding your concern with funds both @Seller_8sP6ffckcRn6v and @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw are correct. Funds will be held until the issue of authenticity can be resolved.
If as you mentioned there have been sales associated to other listings, we may conduct a separate investigation to verify if those funds are eligible for release. You will need to email our disbursement teams following our funds withholding policy.
Please keep in mind that if they cannot verify all required information funds and any FBA inventory will remain held.
Typically these types of situations do not allow for any type of forgiveness or acceptance of a plan of action. We at this time will only be able to reactivate the account upon receiving valid invoices that meet our requirements, or proof of a valid supply chain. If these cannot be provided the account will remain deactivated at this time.
