This is another attempt to escalate our serious seller fulfilled prime trial issues as we are not getting response.

We passed our trial within a day.

We have

99.7% on time shipment rate

99.1% buy shipping usage

0% cancellation

99.9% on time delivery.

2 weeks on, our SFP status remains in trial.

We have tried seller support multiple times.

We have a open cases with no responses

Case id – 9558049982

Case Id – 9571145562

We just need the SFP programme status to be manually changed to live.

I'm watching this as we are in a similar position

100% OTR

100% Buy Shipping

0% Cancellation

Our On Time Delivery Rate is below 98%, not through any fault of our own - EVRi just being consistently hopeless (how they passed the trial period Amazon put them through is beyond me)

Do we have to put a case in with Seller Support to get past the trial?
