Self Fullfileld Prime Trial
This is another attempt to escalate our serious seller fulfilled prime trial issues as we are not getting response.
We passed our trial within a day.
We have
99.7% on time shipment rate
99.1% buy shipping usage
0% cancellation
99.9% on time delivery.
2 weeks on, our SFP status remains in trial.
We have tried seller support multiple times.
We have a open cases with no responses

Our On Time Delivery Rate is below 98%, not through any fault of our own - EVRi just being consistently hopeless (how they passed the trial period Amazon put them through is beyond me)
Do we have to put a case in with Seller Support to get past the trial?

We to completed our trial requirement over 3 months ago but still waiting to be moved from trial to full prime.
I have contacted them with the usual response of we have sent you information the relevant department they will reply with 48hrs.
Of course no reply or explanation.

We really appreciate it.
It has been such a struggle and really painful for our business.
We are desperately trying to grow together with amazon, using all of their recommendations and we then get hit with an issue like this.
We are seeing a lot of conflicting information.
1) We created our own SFP template - When we enrolled, there was no template created for us.
2) on the Manage SFP product page - We see data, however, it states you should only see data post completing the trial
3) obviously, we have passed all of the metrics hence why we feel it should be passed.
4) When we go through the enrolment, there are no suggested SKUs
5) On the Selling coach, there are no suggested SKUs
6) An issue we think may be connected is the premium shipping eligibility. For some reason, AMZ metrics are only showing a very small amount of our parcels in one of the metrics (on time delivery as shown in the image). This has meant that when it calculated the %, with 3 showing out of time, against the 57 it is counting then we miss the metrics, however, we sent out over 2000 parcels as can be seen in the pre fulfilment cancel rate metric.

Something else that may be connected but again, unsure, we actually enrolled a long time ago but never commenced with the program. It could be that the length of time between the original enrolment and the restart of the enrolment may have confused the system.
