Account Deactivated but there is no way to reinstate. What should I do?
I've had my Amazon account for about 6 months and it was temporarily deactivated last month due to Parallel Import complaints. I didn't know the brand I listed, Christophe Robin, required authorisation since Amazon approved us to list them. Nevertheless, we have deleted all listings and have emailed and phoned the rights brand owner to retract their complaint a PLETHORA of times every week but they have not responded at all.
Amazon requires either a Letter of Authorisation, a Retraction letter/email from the rights owner or valid invoices. I currently only have invoices from eBay, which is where I purchased the products from but the system consistently denied my invoices as they don't consider eBay invoices as valid. I have also submitted a POA but to no avail.
Just recently, I have received another email from Amazon but this time it states that my account is "deactivated" without the "temporarily" in front of it. Does this mean my account is completely deactivated? My listings are also all gone. Is there any possible way I could get my listing back? Can I get my account reinstated in any other way or would I need to open a new account under a new business name?
I am also wondering, can I get my money back once the 90 days of Amazon keeping the money after deactivation is over?
Please help!

Im afraid that sounds final - you cannot open another account as Amazon will link it and suspend that one too. Sadly I dont think Amazon wull release your money as you cannot produce valid invoices. Additionally You cannot get any of the letters/permissions they have asked for.
