Listings incorrectly flagged as adult and blocked from all search.

Hello,

I'm reaching out to seek advice and assistance regarding a frustrating situation I've encountered with my listings on Amazon.

Approximately two weeks ago, Seller Support acknowledged that my listings were incorrectly classified as adult and assured me that they would become searchable again within 72 hours. However, despite this assurance, my listings are still not searchable. Every three days, I receive the same response from Seller Support, stating that my listings should become searchable in 72 hours.

I've attempted to contact Seller Support by phone, only to be informed that there is no direct way to communicate with the responsible team and that I must wait for their response via email.

As a result of this issue, our organic sales have been nonexistent for two weeks, causing devastating losses for our business. Our account is in good standing with no performance notifications, and there is nothing we can do on our end to rectify the situation.

I'm reaching out to the community and Amazon representatives for advice on what steps I can take to resolve this issue. Why has this happened, and why is Seller Support unable to rectify this error after such a prolonged period?

Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

We have had this happen a few times

Once seller support have agreed it needs to be fixed it is normally done with 24 hours and the search restored. A couple of times it has taken longer - but in those cases they came back to us and said they had found a problem and apologised for the delay.

But before Seller Support agree that there is a problem with the "Isadult" flag - I am concerned that Seller Support often argue and find excuses such as "brand registered" etc rather than dealing with the obvious problem. That to be honest causes us more delay.

Also it often takes a while for Seller Support to admit a listing is set to IsAdult - often citing other search issues

I have wondered for a while if it is deliberate sabotage or just system errors that cause this issue.

Hi @Seller_LYDX8y7qT3Xgx,

Thanks for getting in touch.

Could you kindly provide the ASIN so I can look into the matter?

Are you having trouble locating your product through keywords or within its category? Or is the rank that is too low?

Best regards, Ezra
