I contacted seller support who gave me this link to use which seems to open the payments page fine and works:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/payments/event/view?resultsPerPage=10&pageNumber=1

The issue for me seems to be when i try to look at "statement view" and this is the default view that is loaded when the payments page is opened, hence why it is not working when opened from the menu.

Same issue here, I seemed to successfully trigger a disbursement about 4 hours ago but the money is still showing on the payment page and when trying to disburse again, it says I can't do so within 24 hours
