Product Compliance Request Issue

Hi All,

Could anyone provide guidance or assistance regarding our Product Compliance Request issue detailed below?

We received a product compliance request from Amazon for one of our ASINs and promptly responded by submitting the required Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), which we maintain for all our products. Our submission was reviewed quickly (c.1-2 days), but we were informed that the issue date on the document was not clearly indicated.

We immediately contacted our testing company, which amended the MSDS accordingly. We uploaded the revised document the following day. However, it has been several weeks, and our updated submission remains unreviewed.

We have opened a support case and contacted Account Health Support multiple times, but they continue to advise us to wait without providing further clarity or action.

This ongoing delay is preventing us from replenishing inventory, and we are nearing a complete stock-out on Amazon, significantly impacting our performance.

Any assistance or advice on expediting this process would be greatly appreciated.
