Payment disbursed by Amazon.es but not received my bank 10 working days later and no explanation why?!
Payment was sent by Amazon.es to my UK bank account 06/10/2023 however its still not cleared and my bank has advised to get a forward trace done on the transaction but noone answers my correspondence so I don't know how I am supposed to receive funds, perhaps its simply lacking IBAN or something i dont know
