We have been selling on Amazon for more than 5 years, We have submitted all relevant Documents to verify our account to no avail, We have sent emails, and called yet we are going around in circles.
We sell only in the UK and are UK based.
Any advice will help

There's another thread on this, according to someone CS are saying every UK seller has been sent one!

Same bafflement here my friend.
I am furious though that we are being asked to send these private and confidential documents via email when we should be able to securely upload them on our seller profile.
Its disgraceful that with all of Amazons might esp with AWS that we have to send by EMAIL!!
