Payments based on delivery date

@CR_Amazon @Steve_Amazon @Quincy_Amazon @Micah_Amazon

I have been selling on Amazon for something like 15 years. I had always been able to take a disbursement as soon as an order was shipped (one per day). Even when everything changed, I was grandfathered in to this type of disbursement - daily - with NO account reserve. But now I am on payments based on delivery dates and I'm not even getting paid when they said I would (5 days after the last estimated delivery date). This is ridiculous because most of my orders are delivered before the first estimated delivery date. And yes I use Amazon's buy shipping and all packages have valid UPS or USPS tracking.

I am a seasonal seller, selling in the spring and then again in the fall. 2 years ago (or maybe 3 years ago now), when I came back in the fall to start up again, I had to get re-verified. Okay, fine. But they switched me to payments based on delivery date for no reason. I don't have ongoing issues with customers, I ship promptly, answer messages quickly, etc.

I have tried multiple times with seller support to figure out why this has happened to me, and how to fix it - to no avail.

Common reasons for an account level reserve:

You have open A-to-z Guarantee claims

One or more of your orders has received a chargeback

Your seller performance has fallen below our benchmarks

Your account is under review

Local regulations require us to withhold income tax from you (varies by store)

NONE of this applies to me - now or in the past!! Well, I did have a chargeback once or twice over the years but they were not due to my error.

Why am I being punished like this??? Amazon is currently holding over 7K of MY money! I need to pay my supplier and don't have the money to do so.

VERY UPSET! PLEASE HELP!

Spent quite a bit of time on the phone today with Seller Support. Got someone who was being extremely helpful, but unfortunately was disconnected and was unable to get her back. Spoke to many different agents today - every single one that looked at my account said they did not see any issues with my account so they did not know why I was subject to this type of disbursement.

Case #15183778821 Status: Pending Amazon Action

Would one of the mods pretty pretty please take a look at this for me?

Thank you!
