Account Deactivated for no reason!

So my UK account was deactivated last week for no reason. I clicked the link ( https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/inpvMeeting/appointment/global/node/summaryNode/render ) which took me to the US store and I completed all verification required. The conformation message

"We have completed our review of your document and information.

We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days."

I have requested help from the US store who confirmed everything passed but my UK store is still deactivated. WHY? I have submitted my passport, driving license, bank statement and utility bill and it is still rejected.

UK store keeps telling me to use the same link to confirm identity but when I click on the link it automatically brings me back to the same message

"We have completed our review of your document and information.

We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days"

I am going around in circles with amazon and the seller support is awful! I am not a business user I am an individual using FBM. I have sold 4 things and now it seems Amazon are holding my money to ransom. I am led to believe my account may of been deactivated because I listed the items condition as "new" which has triggered amazon into thinking I am a business. How do I rectify this issue?

This is the 2nd thread re. the same topic, which technically is against forum guidelines.

You have a couple of replies on your previous thread. https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/seller-forums/discussions/t/03aea5b9-fd67-4d92-ad9e-a5101024b121?postId=03aea5b9-fd67-4d92-ad9e-a5101024b121

You say they are handmade items - if you are selling for profit then you MUST legally have an Amazon business seller account and be registered with HMRC as a sole-trader, or the tax man might catch up with you. You can have an Amazon 'Handmade' account.
