Size Variation Not Showing On Mobile App or Browser
I discovered that my listing isn't displaying one of my size variants on mobile, both in app and on a browser. It shows up fine on desktop. I have contacted seller support numerous times regarding this issue and they keep saying that their internal team is investigating and will get back to me. I still have no solution and I know that I am missing out on sales for this size because of this issue. Out of 54 units that have sold, only 1 is of this size variation.
The parent ASIN is B0DDB48H8S. It's supposed to display three sizes, 5-12 Years, S-M and L-XL. It is the 5-12 Years option that isn't showing on mobile (see screenshot below).
When I go directly to a child ASIN for this size (e.g. B0DDBHN98J), it looks like the screenshot below.
Of course, no one will be looking for these specific child ASINs and so this size option is not being seen by potential buyers. This simply confirms that the child ASIN is in the system and properly attached to the parent ASIN.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to remedy this? My case ID is 16778352571.

Does anyone have any input? Amazon continues to thank me for my patience and has no resolution yet. Meanwhile, the holiday sale period is almost over and I expect my inventory to eventually turn into aged inventory, which I will be stuck paying for.

I wanted to stop by as I took a look at CASE ID 16778352571 and see that Selling Partner Support has created a technical ticket with another partner team to investigate why the size variant is not displaying. They passed the case to another tech team to review and we hope you should hear back from them soon.
