8572 Error

Hello, we keep getting error code 8572 and we am so confused,in fact we are the owner of both the Brand and the GS1 cert and we have gave seller support all the information they needed about my UPC code including the GS1 CERTIFICATE, but up to now it is have over a month but the error was not be resolved.
