I've submitted countless appeals and valid invoices to appeal my section 3 but to no avail. @ of my invoices are straight from the brand and 1 from a Major retail store that also invoices customers. Need help please, been several months now....

So you have a wholesale account with the brand? Along with authorization to sell their products on Amazon?
Or are you buying from their retail site that anyone can purchase from?
So you have a RECEIPT, not an wholesale invoice, even if it says "Invoice" on the top. Retailers are not the place to purchase inventory for resale.

Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
I do see that you had posted some time ago on this thread. It would appear that you had failed the identity verification interview, at this time we cannot guarantee any favorable outcome or further responses to this concern.
We will required not only supply chain documentation to fully verify you were sourcing from a brand authorized supplier or the brand it self with valid invoices that meet our requirements, If the product is branded, we may also require a letter of authorization issued to you from the brand or rights owner. Additionally, we will also need to receive valid seller identity verification documentation. This can consist of but not limited to a utility bill, business license, government issued ID, bank and or credit card statements. These documents are required to reference the original account owner, and 100% match all information include any abbreviations. We will also need these to reference the original account owners physical address.
At this stage if we do not receive these requested documents, the account will not be eligible for reactivation. Since this is a dispute only scenario, we can only accept these documents moving forward. If these documents do not exist, the account will remain deactivated.
