I'm dealing with a violation notice for ASIN B0BLTDZLJD due to inaccurate information.
However, I'm stuck because I can no longer sell this brand's products, which means I can't edit the ASIN to fix the issue.
Despite not having deleted the listing, I'm unable to make any adjustments due to these restrictions.
I've tried reaching out to Amazon Seller Support, but all I've gotten back are automated responses.
My case ID is 14760437911, but so far, no luck in getting a clear solution.
Has anyone here been in a similar situation? I would like to get this unjust violation warning removed as I do not even sell this product.
How did you manage to resolve the violation when you couldn't edit the listing yourself?

Are you attempting to make the edits through the 'manage inventory'? Could you provide a screenshot that includes a timestamp of your attempt to do this?
If this process does not work, you can attempt to file upload to get the changes that are needed. If you receive any kind of error, please provide this information in a case to our team. Please confirm if you have attempted these steps for us to understand your current situation.
If you decide that you no longer wish to sell this product, you can attempt to delete the listing and take the acknowledgement path. Be aware that we cannot guarantee that this will resolve the issue as it is a case by case. Additionally, once this option is selected, you will not be able to relist the product at any point.
