telling me bank details not set up but they are!
I've been trying to get paid for e-books sold for years on KDP but they keep responding with 'your bank account is not set up' etc even though it says on my account that it is. I used to previously be paid by cheque but not for the last few years and so I've been trying unsuccessfully to follow up on payment. Is there any recourse for sellers that have not been paid? This is going on for months and months and I just keep getting the same response .... any suggestions would be so welcome, thank you!

Are you having issues with your US or UK account? If this concerns your US account, I recommend creating a new post in the US Seller Forums (look for the store selection dropdown in the upper right corner of the page and change the selection from 'UK' to 'USA')
By posting in the US Forums, you'll be able to connect with US-based sellers and moderators who are more familiar with the specific policies and procedures of the US marketplace.
