you only need to provide business buyers with a receipt.
There are plenty of ways to make them, I used to use a spreadsheet, but there are many free websites that will generate one for you.
Just to check something though, you say you aren’t a registered business, but your user name says dt warehouse ltd, which implies business to me, I assume since you have ltd in your name you are a limited company registered with Companies House as it would illegal otherwise…
if you plan to buy or make something with the intention of selling it for a profit, then you are in fact a business and should be registered with HMRC and Amazon as such.

It is only mandatory to upload an invoice for orders marked as from Business Customer, or if the buyer requests.
If you are not VAT registered then you can declare your VAT exempt status by clicking on the link in this news bulletin, or if you are VAT registered you can use Amazon’s VCS:
Amazon generated invoices (recommended)
Amazon can generate VAT invoices or receipts on your behalf at no cost and make them available for customers to download. VAT registered sellers can activate the VAT Calculation Service and benefit from automated invoice generation. Sellers exempt from VAT registration in both the EU and the UK can declare their VAT exemption status and benefit from automated receipt generation.
If you have already had any sales to Business Customers you will need to create an invoice/receipt.
If you are not VAT registered then you make no mention of VAT.
To agree with Dedez post - are you a limited company and registered with Companies House, or have you just called your self that ?
Whatever, you must be registered with HMRC as self-employed and have a Business Seller Account on Amazon, and have supplied Amazon with either your UTR or your CH documents.

I’ve only started selling in the past few days, I’m currently waiting for confirmation from companies house about the approval for the business, that’s why I didn’t know if I had to send invoices or what to put on the invoices.
