Your post makes no sense at all it sounds as if your saying you don’t know you own business name and address which would be a worry, maybe try explaining things properly

There are two types, legal entities, of account:

  1. Business accoount, where you are buying stock to sell on, and you can be either a sole-trader, limited company or partnership
  2. Individual account, where you are simply selling off your own personal second-hand items, such as books, CDs, DVDs etc.

Then there is the choice of 2 selling plans:

  1. Professional, where you pay a monthly fee £30
  2. Individual (I think they may now call that Basic), where you pay an extra fee per sale.
