Amazon changed our titles, but Seller Support says they didn't and the titles are displaying correctly on their end.
Three of our titles were changed and sales for those products have plummeted. Seller Support says they didn't change them and the AI did not change them. The titles are showing correctly in Manage Inventory>Edit and on the Category Listings Report. The titles show correctly if you are NOT logged into an amazon.com account. As soon as you log into any amazon.com account, they are incorrect. This is happening on all browsers and on mobile. I have tried 5 different PCs and they all have the same issue. Support said to clear my cache. I did that and they are still wrong. Support said to disable all of my extensions. I did that and they are still wrong.
After hours of working with Seller Support, they said there was nothing else they could do since they couldn't reproduce the issue. Yes, I did try a flat file upload. Yes, I did try deleting the ASINs for 24 hours. The issue remains.
How does this get fixed? All three ASINs were scheduled for promo for October Prime Day.

Experiencing this issue as well. Correct title showing on edit detail page and listing on my end, but a different title is showing for a member of my team.
Additionally, going to A+ content manager, the title is different there as well. I deleted an ASIN for 24 hours, did a flat file, etc. Seller support said the correct title is showing on their end. Seller support did a catalog refresh for the affected ASINs, but they said it could take 5 days.

We had this happen, but only as a result of/to the extent that the new policy about removing brand names affected titles. The style guide does dictate that your brand name go first.
I'd search for your "new" title on the internet, and see if that UPC appears elsewhere with that bad title, or a similar variation. Too much carppy "AI" out there that is just a search engine with some language smearing: compare Google's AI search results to regular search results, and you can see the "AI" is just a poorly disguised copyright infringement tool.

experiencing exact same issue and im waiting to hear back from amazon as they included a "trademarked" term in their version of the title that they are threatening to remove my listing for even though they added it and I cant remove it. I have a case open but I need this handled like NOW.

It appears to be resolved, as the title reflects what you want it to say.
Remember, things can take a long time to resolve with Amazon. Especially when updating titles. I recently had to change one of our top sellers, that was altered mysteriously. It took 10 days for the changes to reflect properly on the B2C side of Amazon.

We've experienced the same issue with one of our product titles now just listed as "1", all keywords and discoverability lost. No help from Seller Support at all. Everything is just a fight and it is exhausting.

Just a heads up your main image can be suppressed because it does not have just the product in it and a cut off hand. Might want to save that for a secondary image.
