Buy Shipping Issue-Missing Address
I haven't been able to buy a shipping label for the last 2 days. I haven't had an issue with it earlier in the week it happened overnight.
The support people via chat seem incompetent they say, they're going to escalate and when I get a reply back I am told they don't have enough information to provide a resolution.
The Shipping portal has several issues that prevent me from creating a label:
1. The error: We do not have a ship-from address stored for your account. Add a ship-from address in order to purchase labels.- have reviewed and verified there is an address associated.
2. unable to make changes to the parcel dimensions- the parcel dimensions are set to cm
3. unable to set the printer - I have gone through and selected the appropriate printer and the settings do not save when I hit apply.
4. unable to change the ship by date- there is no available date reflected from the drop down menu
Additional attempts to resolve this issue:
1. cleared my cache, logged out and logged back in and it still isn't working.
2. checked my manage addresses and have ensured that the address is set.
3. Attempted to set a new location-unable to create a new location I get another error message.
4. Logged in via an incognito browsers
5. Contact support unable to resolve, unable to schedule a call
I contacted earlier about this issue an the agents were unable to provide me with assistance. I have used buy shipping all week even up to yesterday evening without any issues.
I am a small seller that has over 10 orders that I'll have to cancel.

Don't cancel your orders! Use another service to purchase shipping. You can create an account with the carrier and ship from there, or you can use an aggregator like Endicia, stamps, shippingeasy, pirate ship, etc.

Hi @Seller_sZC4dxv7s03xC, I have seen this in the past. If I remember correctly, I suggest attempting to update your ship from address even if it is accurate already. Let me know if this helps.
