A-Z IN FAVOUR OF SCAMMERS AGAIN.
Totally shocked at Amazons "easy going" policies favouring scammers. We had a buyer buy a high value electronic item on the 30th of Jan 2024, delivered with special delivery the very next day. Signed by the same person, only for them to claim that the box was empty. We messaged them via amazon and told him we had actual video recording of the item being packed to the moment the label was attached. Also let them know that the pic on royal mail proved it was delivered undamaged.
Here is the interesting part though, the buyer having realised, then wrote to us on "amazon messages" confirming that he had received the item and all is sorted. This was on the 1st of feb 2024.
Today (7/3/24) We have just had an A-Z claim opened and closed in the buyers favour all within a minute. Buyer has been rfunded too.
Any advise..... no wonder amazon is "wonderland" for fraudsters.
